Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to 247Safeguard LLC. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms outline the obligations and rights of both 247Safeguard LLC and our customers regarding the installation, monitoring, and use of our security systems, including ADT-monitored solutions.

2. Installation & Monitoring Agreement

  • A customer installation charge of $99-$499 applies, depending on the selected package.

  • A 36-month monitoring agreement is required at the selected service rate.

  • For customers in California, a 24-month monitoring agreement applies.

  • Payment must be made via credit card or electronic funds transfer from a checking or savings account.

  • Early termination fees will apply if the agreement is canceled before the contract period ends.

  • Local permit fees may be required and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Offer is valid only for new customers and does not apply to existing ADT customers.

  • Approval is subject to satisfactory credit history and other eligibility requirements.

  • Some features and services may not be available in all areas.

3. ADT Security Alarm System & Smart Home Integration

  • ADT Command & Control and smart home automation require a compatible security system, internet connection, and mobile device.

  • Some advanced features may require additional equipment and service upgrades.

  • Standard message and data rates may apply for mobile alerts and remote monitoring.

  • Two-way encryption is available only with compatible SiX™ devices.

  • Remote access features may vary based on package selection and geographic location.

4. Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Customers agree to recurring monthly payments for monitoring services for the duration of their contract.

  • Early Termination Fees: If the contract is canceled before the agreed term, 75% of the remaining balance must be paid.

  • Monthly service rates may vary based on selected features, location, and system requirements.

  • 247Safeguard LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing and fees with prior notice.

  • Additional fees may apply for guard response services, municipal permits, or premium monitoring options.

5. Service & Equipment Warranty

  • Security equipment remains the property of 247Safeguard LLC until the contract term is fulfilled.

  • A limited warranty covers equipment defects during the monitoring agreement.

  • Customers may opt for an Extended Warranty Plan at an additional cost.

  • Equipment upgrades or replacements outside the warranty period may incur additional charges.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure their system remains connected to power and internet (if applicable) for uninterrupted service.

  • Any relocation of the system requires approval from 247Safeguard LLC and may be subject to additional fees.

  • Customers must comply with all local regulations regarding alarm permits and usage.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • 247Safeguard LLC, its partners, and ADT are not responsible for system failures due to power outages, internet disruptions, or external factors beyond our control.

  • False alarms and related fines are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Our liability for any system malfunction is limited to the amount paid for monitoring services during the past 12 months.

8. Privacy Policy & Consent to Communications

  • By submitting your information for a free quote or service request, you consent to receive calls, emails, and text messages from 247Safeguard LLC, its affiliates, and authorized partners.

  • Calls and messages may be automated or pre-recorded, and message/data rates may apply.

  • Consent is not required for a purchase and can be revoked at any time.

  • Personal information will be collected, used, and stored according to our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed on our website.

9. Mover’s Program

  • Customers who have maintained active ADT monitoring for at least 24 months may be eligible for a relocation discount on a new security system.

  • Eligibility is subject to review, and discounts vary based on tenure and previous service history.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

  • These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state in which the customer receives services.
